(55% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Meunier; roughly 17 g/l dosage; L037104A104163): Light yellow-gold. Ripe pear and peach nectar aromas are lifted and sharpened by Meyer lemon and ginger. Fleshy, broad and gently sweet, offering intense poached pear and lemon curd flavors complicated by sweet butter and honey nuances. This rich Champagne's sweetness is nicely buffered by juicy acidity and a subtle chalkiness that carries through the long, toasty finish.

Despite its description as "extra dry," this is in fact sweeter than a brut. This is fresh and fruity, with an attractive apple-purée flavor, balanced by crisp acidity and a light, bright finish.

An off-dry style, with a frothy mousse giving ample texture to the honey and grapefruit flavors. The acidity peeks in on the finish. Drink now. 900 cases imported.
