It has an amber color and an intense aroma, where its age already marks resinous presence, aromas of pine leaves and cedar, but with strong notes of some very mature fruit, of compote and honey. The harmony and the balance mark the tasting. And being a very soft wine, has a long and very pleasant end. Being a dessert wine, it is normally advised to follow sweet desserts based in egg candy or puddings. It may also follow in a bolder meal, an entrance with fried appetizers, a plate of white meat, a fat fish or a plate of grilled meat. Must be served with a temperature between 12ÂºC and 15Âº C.

A surprisingly fresh wine for a 20-year-old, but there is still some good burnt toffee character, enlivened by fresh citrus and a firm, slightly austere base of wood and acidity.
